Abstract:
Disclosed is a lamp (100) for the growth of reptiles, relating to the field of ultraviolet light sources. The lamp (100) comprises a first LED (164), which outputs ultraviolet light in a UVB wavelength region; and a second LED (162), which outputs ultraviolet light in a UVA wavelength region. The lamp (100) reduces ultraviolet light, in a UVC wavelength region, that is harmful to animals and human bodies to the safety level of Risk Group 2 specified by the photobiological safety standard IEC/EN 62471; and by using the LEDs as a light source, same has the characteristics of low power consumption, long service life and ability to irradiate animals stably for a long period. Further, the lamp (100) has multiple functions integrated therein, can not only promote the generation of vitamin D in an animal body, promote calcium absorption, and is conductive to animal bone growth, but can also promote animal appetite, and contributes to animal metabolism.
