Abstract:
Provided are a vehicle damage assessment method, apparatus, computer device, and storage medium, which can be implemented in artificial intelligence. The vehicle damage assessment method comprises: obtaining a vehicle damage image uploaded by a terminal, and pre-processing the vehicle damage image to obtain an image to be predicted, the vehicle damage image comprising a damaged part of a damaged vehicle photographed by the terminal (S10); on the basis of a vehicle damage prediction model, determining, according to the image to be predicted, vehicle damage information corresponding to the damaged vehicle, the vehicle damage information comprising a damaged part and a repair category (S20); obtaining repair and maintenance information corresponding to the damaged part and repair category, determining a damage assessment result of the damaged vehicle according to the repair and maintenance information, and sending the damage assessment result to the terminal (S30). In the method, vehicle damage information corresponding to a damaged vehicle is accurately obtained, and according to the maintenance and repair information corresponding to the vehicle damage information, a damage assessment result of the damaged vehicle is generated and sent to the terminal, resolving the problem of vehicle damage assessment for a user and improving user experience.
