Abstract:
The present application provides a large-area perovskite layer and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: dissolving raw materials constituting perovskite in an ionic liquid or in a mixture of the ionic liquid and an organic solvent, to form a perovskite precursor, and coating the perovskite precursor on a surface of a crystalline silicon substrate battery to prepare and obtain a perovskite layer. According to the present application, raw materials of perovskite are dissolved in an ionic liquid or in a mixture of the ionic liquid and an organic solvent to form a perovskite precursor, which reduces the effect of water and oxygen in the air on the perovskite precursor, so that the perovskite layer can be prepared in an air atmosphere, and a large-area perovskite layer can be prepared by further combining a coating means, which is suitable for industrial production.
