Abstract:
A large-volume railway tank car having a heating function. A heating jacket (3) is provided on the outside of the lower portion of a tank body (2), a plurality of manholes (4) and at least two breathing type safety valves (5) are provided on the top of the tank body, and the positions of the manholes (4) correspond to those of ground loading and unloading facilities; a side ladder (6) is provided on the side surface of the tank body (2) close to the head of a car body (1); the heating jacket (3) comprises a bottom heating housing (301), two side heating housings (302), and a plurality of heating housings (308) on the outer side of bolsters; the bottom heating housing (301) is hermetically connected to the bottom of the tank body to form a bottom heating cavity, and a condensed water outlet is provided at the middle of the bottom heating housing (301); an annular flow guide member (303) is provided at the middle of each side heating housing (302) to divide a side heating cavity into two independent sub-heating cavities; and the plurality of heating housings (308) on the outer side of bolsters are respectively provided outside of the sub-heating cavities and are hermetically connected to the portions of the tank body (2) on the outer side of the bolsters. The tank car can effectively heat the portions on the outer side of the bolsters.
