A laser display module and a head-mounted display apparatus. The laser display module (100) comprises: a laser projection module (110) used for transmitting a laser signal according to virtual content to be displayed; a reflecting mirror group (120) used for reflecting the laser signal into the pupils of human eyes, wherein the reflecting mirror group (120) comprises at least one concave reflecting mirror and at least one convex reflecting mirror, and the laser signal is at least sequentially reflected by a concave surface of one concave reflecting mirror and a convex surface of one convex reflecting mirror; a pupil detection component (130) used for detecting the positions of the pupils of the human eyes; and a mirror group control module (140) used for controlling the reflection angle of at least one of the one concave reflecting mirror and the one convex reflecting mirror according to the positions of the pupils, so as to reflect the laser signal into the pupils of the human eyes. By means of the laser display module (100), it can be ensured that a transmitted laser can accurately enter the pupils and is adapted to the rotation of human eyes, thereby achieving a large visual field range.
