Abstract:
A lateral-push type motor transmission mechanism (10) comprising a housing (100), a slide limiting assembly (200), and a direction-changing device (300). The housing contains a power source (110), a motor (120) electrically connected to the power supply, and an electronic control board (130) respectively electrically connected to the power source and the motor. A center portion of the housing is provided with a deceleration device (140) which has an output end passing through the top of the housing, and which is connected to an output shaft of the motor. The slide limiting assembly comprises two slide rails (210) that extend in the length direction of the housing and are fixed on two sides of the housing, a main sliding block (220) that slidably cooperates with each of the two slide rails, and a movement support frame (230) that is mounted on the top of the main sliding block and on which is mounted an external actuating device. The direction-changing device comprises a crankshaft (310) that rotates synchronously with the output end of the deceleration device and a connecting rod (320) respectively connected to the crankshaft and the main sliding block. When the motor is operating, the deceleration device drives the crankshaft to rotate, and pulls or pushes the main sliding block by means of the connecting rod, so that the main sliding block drives the movement support to slide along the slide rails. The lateral-push type motor transmission mechanism has the advantages of high power transmission efficiency, low transmission resistance, and being easy to hold.
