Abstract:
This learning device comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires a recognition result of recognizing intent indicative information of a user using a communication robot; a presentation unit that selects, on the basis of the acquired recognition result, a plurality of action sets corresponding to the recognition result, and presents the selected plurality of action sets to a remote operator remotely operating the communication robot from a distant location; an operation result detection unit that detects a selection state of the remote operator with respect to the presented plurality of action sets; and a learning unit that, on the basis of the detected selection state of the remote operator, determines a reward in learning, and learns reactions of the user to the actions.
