Abstract:

An LED coaster configured in such a manner that, when the LED coaster is placed on a table and a cup or the like which contains a beverage is placed on the LED coaster, the LED coaster is stable on the table and does not rattle. An LED coaster comprising: a light transmissive cover having an upper surface on which an article is placed; a bottom surface cover mounted to the lower surface of the light transmissive cover; a circuit board having an LED mounted thereon and also having mounted thereon a switch for turning on/off the LED; a battery contained in a battery containing section at the bottom surface cover and supplying the electric power to the LED; two rubber pads mounted to the bottom surface of the bottom surface cover; and a switch pad mounted to the inside of the bottom surface cover so as to be movable in the top-bottom direction and having a switch pressing section which is provided so as to face the switch. The two rubber pads and the switch pad are arranged so as to be substantially equally spaced in the circumferential direction near the outer periphery of the bottom surface of the bottom surface cover. The diameter of the switch pad is set to be slightly less than half the diameter of the LED coaster.
