An LED display module (100) and an LED display screen. The LED display module (100) comprises a display module (10) and a box support (20), the display module (10) being fixedly connected to the box support (20), characterized in that the display module (10) comprises a lamp board (110) and LED lamp beads (120), the LED lamp beads (120) are provided on the lamp board (110), the edge of the lamp board (110) is provided with a plurality of notches (110a), and when two LED display modules (100) are tiled, the notches (110a) of the lamp boards (110) of the two LED display modules (100) are arranged opposite each other, and define a sound transmission hole. The LED display screen is formed by tiling the LED display modules (100). In the present invention, a plurality of notches (110a) are provided on the lamp board (110), when the LED display modules (100) are tiled to form an LED display screen, the notches (110a) of the lamp boards (110) of two LED display modules (100) are arranged opposite each other and define a sound transmission hole; the sound on the back surface of the LED display modules (100) is able to be guided to the front surface through the sound transmission hole, thereby realizing sound transmission of the display screen and solving the sound effect problem in cinemas.
