A sound-permeable LED display array (10), an LED display unit (100) and an LED image system (200), wherein the sound-permeable LED display array (10) comprises a PCB (11) and multiple LED beads (12); the LED beads (12) are arranged in an array and are disposed on a light-emitting surface of the PCB (11); the PCB (11) on at least one side is provided with a sound-permeable groove (13) on an edge on which the LED beads (12) are not provided. Sound-permeable holes need not be uniformly provided on the whole array, thereby not influencing the arrangement of present LED arrays; the sound-permeable groove (13) is only arranged on the edge of the PCB (11) on which the LED beads (12) are not provided, thereby not influencing lines in the middle zone of the PCB (11) and only slightly influencing wiring in an edge zone, which may reduce the influence on the wiring on the PCB (11) while requirements for sound permeability are met; meanwhile, major modification to the PCB (11) is avoided.
