Abstract:
A left atrial appendage ablation device and a control method. The left atrial appendage ablation device comprises: an occluder (11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, 81, 91, 101, 201) configured to be provided at an opening of a left atrial appendage, a first conductive portion (1111, 2111, 3111, 4111, 5111, 6111, 8111, 9111) being provided on the occluder for transmitting first ablation energy to tissues; and a conveyor (12, 22, 32, 42, 52, 62) configured to convey the occluder (11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, 81, 91, 101, 201) and comprising a stent (121, 221, 321, 421, 521, 621, 721, 821, 921, 1021, 2021) capable of relatively moving with respect to the occluder (11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, 81, 91, 101, 201), a second conductive portion (1211, 2211, 3211, 4211, 5211, 6211) being provided on the stent (121, 221, 321, 421, 521, 621, 721, 821, 921, 1021, 2021) for transmitting second ablation energy to tissues and/or acquiring an intracardiac electrophysiological signal, wherein the polarity of the first ablation energy is opposite to that of the second ablation energy. By using the left atrial appendage ablation device, one-stop treatment of ablation and occlusion functions can be achieved.
