Abstract:
Provided are: a lens drive device that is capable of reducing the effects of external magnetism and can be made compact and low-profile; a camera module; and a camera-equipped device. This lens drive device is provided with: a first fixed part; a first mobile part disposed on the radially inner side of the first fixed part; a first support part that supports the first mobile part on the first fixed part, and a Z-direction drive part that is provided to the first fixed part and causes the first mobile part to move in an optical axis direction with respect to the first fixed part. The shape of the lens drive device is rectangular in plan view in the optical axis direction. The first mobile part includes a drive transmission section that is disposed so as to protrude radially outward. The Z-direction drive part comprises an ultrasonic motor that converts vibratory motion to linear motion and is disposed on the first side of a rectangle so as to abut the drive transmission section. The first mobile part is supported, via the first support part, on the first fixed part in a state in which the first mobile part is biased in a bias direction orthogonal to the optical axis.
