A lens driving apparatus and an electronic device. The lens driving apparatus comprises a lens tube, a housing, a piezoelectric driving assembly, and a second driving assembly. The lens tube is used to accommodate a lens. The housing comprises an accommodating cavity. The lens tube is installed in the accommodating cavity. The lens tube is rotatably connected to the housing. The piezoelectric driving assembly and the second driving assembly are disposed between the lens tube and the housing. The piezoelectric driving assembly is configured to enable movement or rotation of the lens tube in a plane perpendicular to an optical axis. The lens driving apparatus provides a lens in a lens tube with image stabilization for multiple directions such as roll, pitch and yaw. In addition, roll of the lens is independent of pitch and yaw motion. The pitch and yaw motion is not affected by roll motion of the lens. The lens driving apparatus achieves good image stabilization, and the means used for connection of a piezoelectric deformable portion is improved and easy to implement.
