Abstract:
A level conversion circuit and a display panel (10). The level conversion circuit comprises a level conversion module (201) and a comparison module (202) connected to the level conversion module (201). The level conversion module (201) comprises a level conversion unit (2012) and a control unit (2011) connected to the level conversion unit (2012). The level conversion unit (2012) is used to receive a first voltage signal and a second voltage signal, and to generate a level conversion result signal according to the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal. The comparison module (202) is used to compare a voltage corresponding to the level conversion result signal with a reference voltage when a preset time is reached so as to generate a comparison result. The control unit (2011) is used to control the level conversion unit (2012) to stop operating when the voltage corresponding to the level conversion result signal is less than the reference voltage. The level conversion circuit can protect a display panel from damage caused by a short circuit.
