Abstract:
Disclosed are a Takifugu fasciatus SNP molecule marker and use thereof in genetic breeding. The disclosed Takifugu fasciatus SNP molecule marker comprises a body weight and standard head length-related SNP molecular marker TGF120 and a cold resistance-related SNP molecular marker CIRP41, wherein the base sequences where the SNP molecular marker TGF120 and the molecular marker CIRP41 are located are as shown in SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2, respectively; for TGF120, the m located at position 120 of the sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:1 is corresponding to the base C or A, and for CIRP41, the y located at position 41 of the sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:2 is corresponding to the base A or T. Further provided is a genetic quality determination system for Takifugu fasciatus.
