A compound having the excellent function of inhibiting macrophage activity and represented by the following general formula: (I) [wherein Q is oxygen, C_1-3 alkylene, -O-Alk-, or -O-Alk-O- (wherein Alk is C_1-3 alkylene); R¹ is optionally substituted C_1-20 alkanoyl, optionally substituted C_3-20 alkenoyl, or optionally substituted C_3-20 alkynoyl; R², R³, and R⁴ are the same or different and each is hydrogen, optionally substituted C_1-20 alkyl, optionally substituted C_2-20 alkenyl, optionally substituted C_2-20 alkynyl, optionally substituted C_1-20 alkanoyl, optionally substituted C_3-20 alkenoyl, or C_3-20 alkynoyl; R⁵ is hydrogen, halogeno, hydroxy, optionally substituted C_1-6 alkoxy, optionally substituted C_2-6 alkenyloxy, or optionally substituted C_2-6 alkynyloxy; and W is oxygen or -NH-] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the compound.
