Abstract:
Leakage of oxygen, liquids, etc., from the space inside a lid is inhibited. A FOUP 1 has a container body 2 and a lid 3. A lock device 4 is disposed in a space Sc inside the lid 3. A first right through-hole 20p is formed in a position facing a first right groove 2p of a frame 2A in a first lid section 20 of the lid 3. The top end 41a of a top lock plate 41 is disposed in the first right through-hole 20p. A seal member 80 is disposed between the top end 41a and the inner circumferential surface (the circumferential surface of the first right through-hole 20p) of the first lid section 20. A main right opening 31 is formed in a second lid section 30 of the lid 3. A disc plate 40 is disposed in the main right opening 31. A seal member 50 is disposed between the disc plate 40 and the inner circumferential surface (the circumferential surface of the main right opening 31) of the second lid section 30.
