Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a lifting mechanism, a photography device and a mobile terminal. The lifting mechanism comprises: a first bottom plate and a first supporting component arranged opposite the first bottom plate, wherein the first supporting component is used for supporting a photography assembly. The lifting mechanism further comprises a telescopic component for driving the first supporting component to be close to or move away from the first bottom plate, wherein the telescopic component comprises a retracting state and an extending state; and when the telescopic component is powered on, the telescopic component retracts to be in the retracting state, and when the telescopic component is powered off, the telescopic component extends to be in the extending state. Therefore, the photography assembly is driven by the telescopic component and a first elastic component to move, such that the structure is more simple, machining and cooperation precision requirements are reduced, the cost is low, and industrial mass production is facilitated. In addition, compared with an electric-motor-driven ejection mechanism, the present application has fewer components, occupies a smaller space, and facilitates miniaturization of the mobile terminal.
