Disclosed are a lifting-type rail transfer device and an anti-derailing rail transit system, comprising a power part and a reverse synchronization mechanism (200). Rail transfer parts matching turnouts (401) are arranged on two sides of the reverse synchronization mechanism (200) separately, the power part is used for driving the reverse synchronization mechanism (200) to act, and the reverse synchronization mechanism (200) is used for driving the rail transfer part on one side to rise and match the corresponding turnout (401) and driving the rail transfer part on the other side to synchronously fall and move away from the corresponding turnout (401). The present invention has the beneficial effects of being simple in terms of structure and convenient in terms of control, by means of same, a vehicle (300) may be guided to smoothly pass through a fork and achieve rail transfer at the fork, not only can derailing be effectively prevented, the function of automatically correcting the position of a rail transfer wheel (205) is also achieved, and a rail transfer wheel (205) which does not act in place may act in place under the action of a rail (400), such that the vehicle (300) may smoothly, stably and safely pass through the fork.
