Abstract:
This light control unit is provided with a light control sheet and a wiring part. A light control layer is interposed between a first transparent electrode and a second transparent electrode. The first transparent electrode has a first wiring region. The first wiring region includes a portion of an edge of the first transparent electrode and is exposed out of the light control layer. The second transparent electrode has a second wiring region. The second wiring region includes a portion of an edge of the second transparent electrode and is exposed out of the light control layer. The wiring part comprises a mounting section and an extension section. The mounting section extends in a first direction that goes along the edge of the first transparent electrode, and is mounted to the first wiring region. The extension section extends in a second direction that intersects with the first direction in such a manner as to extend from the mounting section toward the outside of the first transparent electrode. The mounting section has a first width that is the dimension thereof in a direction orthogonal to the first direction and that is configured to be smaller than a second width that is the dimension of the extension section in a direction orthogonal to the second direction.
