Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a light emitting device for use in a display device capable of displaying images having a wider color gamut. This light emitting device includes: a first light source capable of performing a flashing operation of first emitted light including first blue light and first red light; and a second light source capable of performing a flashing operation of second emitted light including second red light and green light, independently of the flashing operation of the first emitted light by the first light source.
