Abstract:

This light-emitting device comprises a base (10), a light-emitting element (50) placed on said base (10), and a sealing member (60) that seals said light-emitting element (50). The sealing member (60) contains, at least, red phosphor particles (63). Said red phosphor particles (63) include, at least, Mn4+-activated fluoride-complex phosphors. At least part of the top surface (70) of the sealing member (60) constitutes a textured section (71).
