Abstract:
Provided is a light-emitting device that makes it possible to improve light emission efficiency. The light-emitting device comprises: a substrate; a light source that emits light; and a fluorescent material that is provided as a film to a first surface of the substrate and that uses the light emitted from the light source to emit light. A second surface of the fluorescent material that is on the opposite side from the substrate side has an uneven shape and the light source irradiates the uneven shape with light obliquely.
