Abstract:
A light-emitting layer (Em) provided to a light-emitting element according to the present disclosure is positioned between an anode and a cathode, and contains: first quantum dots (QD1); second quantum dots (QD2) that emit light of the same color as the first quantum dots (QD1) and have a particle size at least 1.26 nm smaller than that of the first quantum dots (QD1); and an inorganic matrix material (Mx) that fills the spaces between the first quantum dots (QD1) and the second quantum dots (QD2).
