A light-emitting wheel having a dazzling effect, relating to the technical field of rotating wheels. The light-emitting wheel comprises a tire (1), a magnetic ring (2) and an induction coil assembly (3) are provided in the tire (1), and the magnetic ring (2) and the induction coil assembly (3) are relatively rotatably provided; the induction coil assembly (3) is electrically connected to a light-emitting element. A light effect surface is provided on the outer surface of the tire (1), and a plurality of light refraction surfaces having different orientations are provided on the light effect surface; the outer surface of the tire (1) comprises a side surface (11), an inner rolling surface (12), and a traveling surface (14), and the light effect surface comprises but is not limited to being provided on the side surface (11), the inner rolling surface (12), and the traveling surface (14). The light-emitting wheel has the beneficial effects that by providing the light effect surface on the outer surface of the tire (1), light emitted by the light-emitting element transmits through the light effect surface to form a dazzling effect, the design is novel, and a gorgeous effect is achieved.
