Abstract:
A manufacturing method of a light guide substrate comprises: providing a first base substrate, and forming an interface protection layer on one side surface of the first base substrate, the first base substrate comprising multiple light extraction port regions and a non-light extraction port region other than the multiple light extraction port regions; forming a grating structure layer at one side of the first base substrate at which the interface protection layer is formed; removing a portion of the grating structure layer corresponding to the non-light extraction port region, and obtaining multiple light extraction grating units corresponding one-to-one with the multiple light extraction port regions; and removing a portion of the interface protection layer corresponding to the non-light extraction port region.
