Abstract:
The present invention is a hybrid resin composition that can be dual-cured by light (UV) and moisture. More specifically, excellent storage stability can be sustained due to raw material purification and the use of a specific moisture removal additive, and even a light-shielding part through which ultraviolet rays cannot pass can be sufficiently cured by light curing and moisture curing, and thus high adhesion and high reliability can be exhibited.
