Abstract:
A light receiving device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a pixel array in which each of pixels is provided with a light receiving element having a high electric field region and a photoelectric conversion region. The plurality of light receiving elements of the respective pixels include a plurality of types of elements having high PDE temperature ranges that differ from one another but partially overlap one another.
