A lighting device for indicating a position of a vessel is disclosed. The disclosed lighting device according to an embodiment comprises: a housing portion including a case receiving portion formed in a groove shape in a direction from an upper surface thereof to a lower surface thereof; a first case portion received in the case receiving portion and fixed to the housing portion; a lighting portion arranged on the first case portion to emit light in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction; and a second case portion arranged to cover the lighting portion on the first case portion, wherein the lighting portion includes one or more lens supports provided on the first case portion, one or more lenses which are arranged on the lens supports and have hollow shapes, one or more horizontal lighting modules received inside the lenses and arranged to emit light in a horizontal direction, and a vertical lighting module arranged on the horizontal lighting modules to emit light in a vertical direction.
