The present invention relates to a pipe connection device having a vibration-proof function, the device comprising: a first connection member, which has a first inner diametral part, into which a first pipe is inserted, provided at one side thereof, has a second inner diametral part, into which a second pipe is inserted, provided at the other side thereof, has a first screw coupling part and a plurality of engaging protrusions along the outer periphery of the second inner diametral part, and having a third screw coupling part formed on the inner periphery of the second inner diametral part; a second connection member, which has, on the inner periphery thereof, a second screw coupling part screw-coupled to the first screw coupling part and a plurality of engaging grooves engaging with the engaging protrusions, so as to be coupled to the outer periphery of the second inner diametral part of the first connection member; and a fusible member placed between the second inner diametral part of the first connection member and the second pipe to be fused with the second pipe, and having a fourth screw coupling part, which is screw-coupled to the third screw coupling part, on the outer periphery thereof so as to be coupled to the second inner diametral part of the first connection member.
