Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lightweight powder pump for vertical use only and, specifically, to a lightweight powder pump for vertical use only using a double-walled corrugated pipe screw specialized for vertical powder transfer, the pump comprising: a motor; a screw which rotates by means of the power of the motor; and a corrugated pipe-type transfer pipe in which the screw is equipped and through which powder is transferred. The screw comprises: a coupling part coupled to the motor; a corrugated pipe-type rotary shaft part which is detachable from the coupling part and has irregularities continuously formed on the outer surface thereof; and a spiral coil part which is longitudinally fixed to the outer surface of the corrugated pipe-type rotary shaft part and transfers the powder, wherein the spiral coil part is a double-walled corrugated pipe in which a corrugated pipe is encased inside a corrugated pipe having irregularities continuously formed thereon.
