Abstract:
Provided is a linear motor actuator comprising a yoke that can move while facing a stator. The linear motor actuator is characterized by further comprising: magnets directly arranged on both thickness-direction surfaces of the yoke; a width-direction roller guide mechanism that supports both width-direction ends of the yoke; and a thickness-direction roller guide mechanism that supports both thickness-direction ends of the yoke. The present invention is also characterized in that the width-direction roller guide mechanism supports at least one width-direction side of the yoke by fixing the position of the one side in the width direction, and supports the other width-direction side of the yoke by allowing the position of the other side to vary in the width direction.
