Abstract:
The present invention provides a linear motor control device that is suitable for a wide range of pressure conditions. This linear motor control device comprises: a linear motor 104 constituted by an armature 9 that has a winding to which an alternating-current voltage is applied, and movable elements 6 that move relative to the armature 9; a resonant spring 23 connected to one of the movable elements 6; and a control unit 102 for controlling the linear motor 104. The other movable element 6 is connected to a piston that moves reciprocally inside a cylinder 1a. The control unit 102 comprises a pressure state determination means 109 for determining a pressure state inside the cylinder 1a from the phase difference between the current and the applied voltage of the winding 8, the phase difference between the positions of the movable elements 6 and the applied voltage of the winding 8, the q-axis current value, and/or the current amplitude. The control unit 102 is provided with a control mode for causing the amplitude of the voltage applied to the winding 8 and a center position of the reciprocal movement of the movable elements 6 to vary on the basis of the pressure state determined by the pressure state determination means 109.
