Abstract:
A linear motor (100), comprising a base (1), a slide base (2), a first slide rail (3), a second slide rail (4), and a magnetic assembly (5) and coil assembly (6) that directly face each other and are spaced apart, wherein the magnetic assembly (5) and the coil assembly (6) interact so as to drive the slide base (2) to move linearly relative to the base (1); one of the magnetic assembly (5) and the coil assembly (6) is fixed to the base (1), and the other is fixed to the slide base (2); the magnetic assembly (5) comprises a magnetic yoke (51) and magnetic steel components (52) fixed to the magnetic yoke (51), and there are at least two sets of magnetic steel components (52) that are spaced apart from each other; each of the magnetic steel components (52) comprises first magnetic steel (521) and two second magnetic steels (522) arranged at an interval at two opposite sides of the first magnetic steel (521), and the included angle between the second magnetic steels (522) and the first magnetic steel (521) is 90°-180°; one side of two second magnetic steels (522) of the same magnetic steel component (52) close to the coil assembly (6) have the same polarity as that of the side of the first magnetic steel (521) close to the coil assembly (6); and two adjacent sets of the magnetic steel components (52) have opposite polarities. Compared to the related art, the linear motor (100) has a high thrust density and excellent motion performance.
