Abstract:
A linear motor (100), comprising a base (1), a sliding base (2), magnetic assemblies (5) and coil assemblies (6); the base (1) comprises a base bottom plate (11), a first side wall (12), a second side wall (13) and a support plate (14); the sliding base (2) comprises a sliding base plate (21), a first wall (22) and a second wall (23); there are two magnetic assemblies (5) and two coil assemblies (6), the magnetic assemblies (5) and the coil assemblies (6) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the magnetic assembly (5) and the coil assembly (6) which are arranged correspondingly to each other together form a driving mechanism; in one driving mechanism, the magnetic assembly (5) comprises a magnetic yoke (51) and at least two magnetic steel assemblies (52) fixed on the magnetic yoke (51); each magnetic assembly (52) comprises first magnetic steel (521) and second magnetic steel (522) provided at two sides of the first magnetic steel (521); and the angle between the first magnetic steel (521) and the second magnetic steel (522) is 90º to 180º; the sides of the first magnetic steel (521) and the second magnetic steel (522) close to the coil assembly (6) have the same polarity; and the polarities of two adjacent magnetic steel assemblies (52) are arranged in opposite directions. Compared with the prior art, the linear motor (100) has a high thrust density and an excellent movement performance.
