Abstract:
This linear regulator comprises: an N-channel type first transistor M11 configured to be connected between the application end of an input voltage Vin and the application end of a stabilization voltage VREG; an N-channel type second transistor M12 configured to mirror a bias current Ib flowing in itself by forming a current mirror type output stage 201 together with the first transistor M11 and to generate an output current Io flowing through the first transistor M11; a feedback control unit 202 that is configured to control the bias current Ib according to the difference between a feedback voltage VFB according to the stabilization voltage VREG and a prescribed reference voltage VREF; and a load 203 that is configured to draw out a first leakage current ILK1 from a control end common to both the first transistor M11 and the second transistor M12.
