Abstract:
A linear-type injection, blowing, filling, and sealing integrated plastic bottle packaging device, which comprises an injection molding module (100), a bottle blowing module (200), a filling module (500), and a sealing module (600) which are sequentially arranged in a linear manner; the injection molding module (100) is used for performing injection molding to form a line of bottle preforms; the bottle blowing module (200) is used for blow-molding the line of bottle preforms into a line of plastic bottles; the filling module (500) is used for filling a material into the line of plastic bottles; and the sealing module (600) is used for sealing the line of filled plastic bottles; the device further comprises a transfer mechanism (300) for performing translation on a line of material output by the injection molding module (100) and outputting a line of products after the material has sequentially entered the bottle blowing module (200), the filling module (500), and the sealing module (600); the whole plastic bottle manufacturing process, a conveying process, and a driving means are all simple and singular in nature, the transfer mechanism (300) only needs to perform a reciprocating translation action, synchronous press cap sealing operations for a plurality of plastic bottles can further be implemented, and sealing efficiency is effectively improved.
