Abstract:
A plastic bottle packaging apparatus integrating linear injection molding, bottle blowing, filling and sealing. The plastic bottle packaging apparatus comprises an injection molding module (100), a bottle blowing module (200), a filling module (500) and a sealing module (600), which are sequentially arranged in a linear manner, wherein the injection molding module (100) is configured for injection molding to form rows of bottle blanks; the bottle blowing module (200) is configured to blow the rows of bottle blanks into rows of plastic bottles; the filling module (500) is configured to fill the rows of plastic bottles with materials; and the sealing module (600) is configured to seal the rows of filled plastic bottles. The plastic bottle packaging apparatus further comprises a transfer mechanism (300) for translating the rows of materials output by the injection molding module (100) into the bottle blowing module (200), the filling module (500) and the sealing module (600) in sequence, and then outputting rows of products. The whole manufacturing process, conveying process and driving mode of the plastic bottles are all simple and monotonous, the transfer mechanism (300) only requires a reciprocating translation action, and synchronous cap screwing and sealing of a plurality of plastic bottles can be achieved at the same time, thereby effectively improving the sealing efficiency.
