A linkage quick-unlocking buckle device and a bulletproof quick-release vest. The linkage quick-unlocking buckle device comprises first connecting buckles (10), second connecting buckles (20), a quick-unlocking buckle (30), first pull wires (40) and second pull wires (50); the quick-unlocking buckle (30) is provided with an unlocking operation member (31) that is operable to unlock; each first pull wire (40) is connected between a first connecting buckle (10) and the quick-unlocking buckle (30); each second pull wire (50) is connected between a second connecting buckle (20) and the quick-unlocking buckle (30); when the unlocking operation member (31) is operated, the first connecting buckles (10) and the second connecting buckles (20) can be unlocked in sequence in a linked mode, so as to realize one-key unlocking of the connecting buckles at different positions; convenient unlocking can be achieved simply by a single-hand operation of a user. According to the bulletproof quick-release vest, the connecting buckles at the waist and the connecting buckles at the shoulders can be released in sequence by pressing the quick-unlocking buckle (30) in front of the chest, so that quick removal of the bulletproof vest can be realized.
