Abstract:

A liquid crystal display comprises a first polarizing plate (30), a liquid crystal layer (320) and a second polarizing plate (34). The liquid crystal layer (320) is arranged between the first polarizing plate (30) and the second polarizing plate (34). The problem that the light leakage effect in a dark state close to a horizontal view angle zone of a liquid crystal display having a single-layer biaxial compensation structure is serious is solved by adjusting a compensation value of a biaxial layer (304) of the first polarizing plate (30) and a compensation value of a TAC layer (342) of the second polarizing plate (34).
