Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a liquid crystal polymer, comprising: 59-72 mol % of repeating unit A: -O-Ar1-CO-; 2-12 mol % of repeating unit B: -O-Ar2-CO-; 8-20 mol % of repeating unit C: -CO-Ar3-CO-; 5-17 mol % of repeating unit D: -O-Ar4-O-; 3-10 mol % of repeating unit E:-Y-Ar5-Z-. In the present invention, a specific monomer combination reaction is selected, the composition proportions of the monomer is controlled to be within a certain range, a stable and efficient onium salt catalyst is used, and the heating rate is strictly controlled in the 280-300 °C temperature rising section in the polycondensation section, so as to prepare a liquid crystal polymer having a melt viscosity change rate of -0.3 to 0.3. The prepared liquid crystal polymer has good fluidity and anti-foaming performance. A liquid crystal polyester composition is prepared by means of enhancement and modification using an enhancement filler, the melt viscosity change rate of the liquid crystal polyester composition is within the range of -0.3 to 0.3, and the liquid crystal polyester composition has good fluidity and anti-foaming performance. The solution is particularly suitable for being applied in the field of small thin-walled electronic devices.
