Abstract:
Disclosed is a liquid regulator for ultra-dispersed, high mud resistance, high foam stability, low shrinkage, enhanced autoclaved aerated concrete, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 75-85 parts hyperdispersant; 5-10 parts anti-mud agent; 1-3 parts shrinkage reducing component; 10-20 parts enhancement component; and 0.05-0.1 parts stabilizing component. Preparation of the hyperdispersant: mixing a monomer and water to obtain a solution A; mixing a reducing agent, a chain transfer agent, and water to obtain a solution B; mixing a polyether and water, heating same, adding an initiator, stirring at a normal temperature, adding the solution A and the solution B, heating the mixture for polymerization, and adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH value to 7-9, to obtain the hyperdispersant. Also disclosed are a method for preparing the liquid regulator, and the use thereof in the preparation of autoclaved aerated concrete. By means of adding the liquid regulator to autoclaved aerated concrete, the effects of ultra-dispersion, high mud resistance, high foam stability, low shrinkage, and enhanced performance can be achieved.
