Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a lithium-rich iron-based composite material, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The lithium-rich iron-based composite material is characterized in that same comprises a lithium-rich iron-based material, which has a molecular formula of aLiFeO2·bLi2O·cMxOy, wherein a, b, and c in the molecular formula are numbers of moles, 0 ≤ c/(a+b+c) ≤ 0.02, 1.8 ≤ b/a ≤ 2.1, M is a doping element, and 1 ≤ y/x ≤ 2.5. The lithium-rich iron-based composite material can provide plentiful lithium, and the lithium-rich iron-based material has a high purity, a low content of residual alkali on the surface layer, high capacity and lithium supplementation effect, and good storage stability and processing stability; and the preparation method therefor can ensure the stability of the structure and electrochemical performance of the prepared lithium-rich iron-based composite material, and save on production costs. The lithium-rich iron-based composite material is applicable to positive electrode lithium supplementary additives, positive electrode materials, positive electrodes, and lithium-ion batteries.
