Abstract:
Disclosed is a liver-targeted therapeutic drug based on a sugar-based metal framework material and a preparation method therefor. The liver-targeted therapeutic drug is composed of A, B, C, and D, wherein A is selected from one or more of the same or different chemotherapeutic drugs as follows: doxorubicin, sorafenib, and 5-fluorouracil; B is a metal framework material (MOF) with a photosensitizer as the linking arm; C is a linking group, the linking group is -CO-PEG-CO-; and D is galactose, or monosaccharide or oligosaccharide molecules containing a galactosamine residue.
