Abstract:
This load reduction device is provided with: a shock absorption mechanism that absorbs impact force generated when a user moves; a drive mechanism that outputs torque for reducing the load on the user in the joints of the legs of the user; and a torque control unit that controls the torque output by the drive mechanism on the basis of operation of the shock absorption mechanism.
