Abstract:
A load sensor (1) comprises: an element unit of which the electrostatic capacitance changes in accordance with load; a covered copper wire (13) drawn from the element unit to detect a change in the electrostatic capacitance; and a thread (14) for fixing the covered copper wire (13) to the element unit. The element unit includes a conductive elastic body (12) constituting one pole of the electrostatic capacitance. The thread (14) presses the covered copper wire (13) against a surface of the conductive elastic body (12) to movably fix the covered copper wire (13) with respect to the surface of the conductive elastic body (12) in accordance with elastic deformation of the conductive elastic body (12).
