A lock device capable of being easily and rapidly locked by a single hand, comprising a body (a), a movable member (b) having one end rotatably fixed to the body (a), shafts (7) and (8) installed on the opposite side of the rotating pivot of the movable member (b) and having tips opposed to the body side, recessed parts (10) and (11) for inserting the tips of the shafts (7) and (8) therein when the movable member (b) is rotated, a drive mechanism (M) assembled in the movable member (b) or the body (a) and allowing rotation restricting members (14) and (15) to be projected and recessed, restricting holes (23) and (24) formed in the movable member (b) or the body (a) and allowing the rotation restricting members (14) and (15) to be inserted therein, and a collating mechanism (S) installed in the movable member (b) and operating the drive mechanism (M) only when specified information is inputted therein, wherein, when the movable member (b) is rotated relative to the body (a) to insert the tips of the shafts (7) and (8) into the recessed parts (10) and (11) and, in this state, the rotation restricting members (14) and (15) are inserted into the restricting holes (23) and (24), the rotation of the movable member (b) can be restricted.
