Abstract:
Provided is a log acquisition method, comprising: when an instruction for acquiring a log is received, acquiring, from a terminal, a target log of a target application; counting the number of times each piece of log information in multiple pieces of log information included in the target log appears; determining a piece of log information, where the number of times that same appears is greater than or equal to a first pre-set number of times, to be log information of a first upload priority, and determining a piece of log information, where the number of times that same appears is less than the first pre-set number of times and is greater than or equal to a second pre-set number of times, to be log information of a second upload priority; uploading the log information of the first upload priority, and deleting log information in the terminal that is the same as the log information of the first upload priority; determining whether the terminal is in a pre-set running state; and if so, uploading the log information of the second upload priority, and if not, saving the log information of the second upload priority in the terminal. Further disclosed are a log acquisition apparatus, a terminal and a non-volatile readable storage medium. Further disclosed are a log acquisition apparatus, a terminal and a non-volatile readable storage medium. The present application can improve the log acquisition efficiency.
