Abstract:
A low-injury telescopic electrosurgical knife with a light source, the electrosurgical knife comprising a first sleeve (51), a second sleeve (52) having an electric conduction function, and an electrode knife (53), wherein the second sleeve (52) is fixedly connected to the first sleeve (51); the electrode knife (53) can be a rhombic electrode knife; an engagement structure (6) is provided between the electrode knife (53) and the first sleeve (51); the electrode knife (53) is detachably connected to the first sleeve (51) by means of the engagement structure (6); an electrically conductive member (7) is provided in the interior of the second sleeve (52) close to the first sleeve (51); and the electrode knife (53) penetrates the first sleeve (51) to be in contact connection with the second sleeve (52) by means of the electrically conductive member (7). The electrode knife (53) is detachably fixed to the first sleeve (51) by means of the engagement structure (6), thereby facilitating the replacement of different kinds of electrode knives (53). A medical worker can use different knives according to the specific condition of a patient, thereby saving on costs, ensuring the convenience of replacement, and improving the practicability and reliability. The second sleeve (52) can be used as a smoke suction tube or an electrically conductive sheet, such that smoke suction and the power-on stability can both be ensured.
