Abstract:
The present invention relates to a low temperature vacuum drying apparatus using microwaves. Particularly, disclosed is a technology relating to a low temperature vacuum drying apparatus using microwaves, the low temperature vacuum drying apparatus comprising: an outer chamber having an openable and closeable lid; an inner chamber installed inside the outer chamber and having a structure in which vapor can penetrate the inner chamber while microwaves are prevented from leaking out of the inner chamber; a plurality of microwave generators for emitting microwaves into the inner chamber; and a vacuum pump for evacuating air from the outer chamber and the inner chamber, wherein an object to be dried is introduced into the inner chamber and dried therein, and vapor generated during the drying passes through the inner chamber and is condensed on the inner wall surface of the outer chamber. Therefore, the present invention can maximize drying efficiency and minimize the discoloration of an object to be dried, thereby increasing the product value.
